We ensure that Corporate Governance practices are embedded within the Company’s operations to effectively manage legal and regulatory compliance within transactions and own operations.
We keep our pulse on the transactional and contractual legal frameworks key in concluding the Company’s private equity and venture capital mandates.

This entails recommending ways to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations and negotiating million-dollar contracts.
This also includes Inventory management and Logistics, all in the interest of maximising profitability and improving total value of the business.

TRT is in the business of creating value through investment
The business within TRT commenced operations in 2000. The initial focus was Pan-African but always with a global outlook. The purpose of TRT is to develop African businesses to earn our place on the global “business table”. We believe for Africa to be removed from the menu and earn it’s place on the table, African businesses will have to prove their worth and contribute meaningfully to global solutions, trade and commerce. TRT thus serves as an independent portfolio and funds management business providing investment solutions. We operate multiple licensed entities in multiple global locations.
